A flyer from one of the local realtor shmucks found its way to our door today. In it he basically blames stock option money for distorting the local market. He may be right, but that "Funny Money" as he refers to it is paying his "Funny Commissions" He ought not to be so quick to attack his source of salary increases.

Here's a stat he quotes to contemplate, "the average home that sold in Santa Clara County in March 2000, sold for $77,000 more than the full asking price!"

It does seem crazy...
