Brer Rabbit not wanting to be thrown into "" Godfried, your quite right. For a smart company like MSFT, they must have different scenarios for the outcome of this trial! I believe they must even have a plan in how they will split the company!

Gottfried - JMHO, but I think that splitting the company would be a very bad move for the industry and for the development community. Like any prudent management team, MSFT must surely have a plan to mitigate damage if that happens, but I do not get the sense that MSFT would in any way welcome such a turn of events.
