I think this will eventually be a "freedom" issue , I agree that it does smell of socialism and fascism.

Agree with you Richard. The MSFT thing from the beginning was about the "browser" issue.

What is occurring now has gone way beyond that and IMO the government has no rights here.

At the same time, love him or hate him, Gates is an incredible business man and MSFT will do well regardless.
I also feel it's to his credit that he's fighting this breakup. Allowing it to occur would open the door and set president for the government to do the same to other companies. Not good at all in the long haul.

BTW I called MSFT last week at $66 on the private chat. <ggg>
