No doubt, AMD's execution right now looks phenomenal compared to Intel. Just that I do not find it acceptable to be "sold out" or "limited by motherboards" when you have a nearly empty mega fab. Clearly my bar for considering AMD performance "excellent" is not shared by some of the folks on this thread. That's OK.

I concur in your view here. I had not been too concerned that Dresden was not online because it seemed that AMD was not selling out all its chips. But now that I see that that is not true, then not having Dresden online has meant lost sales....clearly a lost opportunity.

Chuck could it be Jerry only means that he's sold all the chips he expected to in Q2? and not everything he can make.. Maybe he's got a Ace up his sleeve and he's just trying to lull INTC into another stupor.
