Comp closure below 13 days EMA emanates a slightly bearish overtone if you compare it with SPM which is in good trend despite of yesterday damge. However on Comp, we can see that this 3785 test with its lows did close the gap that was created after that strong opening. I would like that 3750-65 area is critical to hold if this trend in Comp has to continue.

Housing starts gave a storng picture that led many to think of .5% increase in next Fed meeting, but this number traditionally does not reflect present market situation, it is known as a laggard, I think the market tone will most apporpriately be set by Friday number with special emphasis on hourly earnings, we have some sign of slowing down and probably we may see hourly earnings coming on the mark if they do not we may see some serious selling. Yesterday toll on T was over done and MSFT selling alongwith CSCO took the market lower some analysts thought that MSFT looks better at 65 than at 75, but the two camps who value MSFT post break up have a huge divergence in the valuation, the one camp believes that it should be more 60ish like where we are plus minus 8 the other bullish one thinks that this can be 130 to 95 so the upside surprise possibility does exist more than downside expectations, we are in other word making a bottom.

BRCM looks good so does PMCS SEBL STM and SNE, the one bio stock that looks fine is BCHE. On set back some of these can be good play, today I would watch this 3750 area and bleow that will nimbly play short and above 3840 a long trade.. NN is a good play after satisfactory earnings..
