Lone, My main goal on the strength area is to build even more lean mass. So I can eat more. <g> Every pound of muscle you add allows you to eat another 50-100 calories per day. So, gaining or keeping muscle while deep-sixing fat is my main goal. Though I used to perform some strength stunts when I was wrestling and I wouldn't mind getting back to those again some day. Of course, I was in my mid 20s then, so it might take a while. <g>

The flexibility stuff is one thing I do to keep me from lifting weights when I know I should be recovering. I have a tendency to be a gym rat and after the first year or two of working out (and my first two years were 1964-1965), frequent workouts meant no progress for me. Of course, it took me a few decades to figure that out.
