Using advertising claims such as ". . . Make money regardless of the market going up or down,"

LOL! This is precisely the claim that Barron's makes in one of its TV commercials. Something along the lines of: The market goes up, you make money; the market goes down, you make money. Every time I hear this, I think about the poor folks who have been listening to Alan Abelson these past 20 years. They sure haven't made much money!
