LaFontaine has some formula for determining whether its a buy or a strong buy. I think he said once that it was 35% apperciation to targt price in order to qualify as a strong buy. therefore 20 to 27 allows him to rate it as a strong buy 20 to 25 does not. My biased guess is that he wanted to call it a strong buy so he raised the target price sufficiently for him to do so. The key question is his what does he do when the stock goes to 25. does he downgrade it or raise his target price. yes! I did not remember hearing Bear Sterns or prudential in the past and I expect that if we don't get covrage this quarter we will next quarter for sure. Looks like Reddy is making a nice name for himself as a venture capitalist and that probably can't hurt us investors as better information flow usually makes for better investment decisions. He has now made at least 2 great venture capital investments and I think its a shame that the market gives us no benefit for this part of the business- which if we looked at it on a cash flow basis is probably worth at least $250MM by itself.
