In many popular and academic physics texts, you can study Einstein's original hypothesis, debated with Bohr, that quantum theory implied non-locality (the Einstein, Rosen, Podolsky paper). Based on Einstein's speculation, CERN physicist John Bell later produced a Theorem that would allow the proposition to be tested. Alain Aspect and several others conducted famous experiments proving that Einstein was correct in his assumption that quantum theory implies non-locality or "entanglement" but wrong in his argument that this apparent "action at a distance" disproved quantum theory. There may be more in the world than is contained in the ken of your philosophy. --GG
