Stocks that are so concentrated in the hands of institutions are rarely attractive to me, except when something goes wrong and the institutions all panic at once. Then they become mighty attractive.

I'm curious where you came across this figure. How is capacity defined? # of clicks per second compared to maximum w/o significant slowdown? # of banners per page compared to # of banners they could carry per page? Hard to imagine 7 times the number of banners per page but who knows?
