Bargaining in good faith? Don't continue with this line of reasoning. You miss the point that the Relatives were already breaking Federal Laws by concealing Elian. Their physical custody of Elian had been revoked. They never had legal custody. The Florida Courts confirmed this. They had NO grounds for negotiation within the law. They were withholding the boy via force and threat of force. There were crowds around the house to prevent the enforcement of the law.

And you want to talk about negotiating in good faith? A mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Frankly, I don't see why in this totalitarian state headed by Klinton and other merciless jack-booted thugs, the Attorney General stays up late to negotiate with Marisleysis and Lazaro at all. Must be her innate evilness that leads her to dupe innocents into weeks of fruitness negotiations. Or does she just have the hots for Donato?
