Paul: The Gorilla Game is a book that sets forth criteria for picking technology stocks that have the makings of a low risk exceptional reward investment. Following the mold outlined in the book can be tedious b/c so few stocks meet the criteria, but when they do, look out above ie: qcom in 4/99 or gmst 2 years ago. Other gorillas include CSCO, MSFT, INTC. The thread called Gorilla and King Candidates is a discussion forum for such stocks, including nominees. I am planning on discussing ILNK with some of the elders on the thread, but so far do not know enough about the company. The gorilla game begins when a company has a Discontinuous Innovation. Indavo fits the definition of the above term perfectly. If successful, Indavo will change the way the world uses phone lines. It will save masses of people a lot of money. A couple of concerns I am hoping that you will discuss with me so that I have a better foundation before going to the G+K Thread include: How is ILNK planning on "Crossing the Chasm?" A term in the Gorilla Game (GG) that referrs to acceptance and mass adoption of the product or service offered. Also, shouldn't we be concerned about wireless tecnology taking over wired lines in the not too distant future, thus eliminating the need for the Indavo product? For example: In the vision of QCOM, there will be an AFFORDABLE CDMA chipset allowing a wireless connection in every Desk and Laptop computer, all mobile and fixed phones, as well as all new automobiles in the world. If this plan comes to fruition, and I hope it does since I am 85% QCOM, doesn't that take away from the lure of Indavo. Thanks for your help. Noah
