Chief, seeing Tom classifies you as a friend Well I don't know if he considers me a friend...possibly an acquaintance. The NR spells it out clearly. We have an option to purchase until the date specified. I find people go to meetings with companies and hear what they want to hear, it rarely is close to reality. I guess the point is, we can buy the property if we are interested in it.
