Pete,
RE:"The Attorney General from Wisconsin wants to breakup Microsoft because of its abusive tactics. I am from Wisconsin and here we do not put up with such tactics. We want government to be on the "Up and Up". We do not allow businesses using "Bait and Switch", "Dumping", "Tying", and make unsupportable claims in advertising. Many businesses have run afoul of our laws in this area. Things that may be alright in your eyes (you have a bias and so do I), are not in my eyes. Whether Microsoft is small or large, it does not matter. They broke the law, they will pay for it."

So tell me, just what are the State of Wisconsins charges against Microsoft and what compensation/punishment do they expect? Why aren't the charges the federal government has brought against Microsoft good enough? Why do 19 states want to pile in on the deal?
If you research this out maybe you will see the light although your 10%-20% market share idea still has me wondering. <G>
