Scumbria, Maybe he should take a trip to the states, and visit with the folks who buy microprocessors over at Compaq or Gateway. It might improve his skills as an analyst. Would that be the same Gateway that dumped AMD completely late last year and only started re-purchasing AMD products after Intel stumbled? Not exactly a stellar recommendation for the future success of AMD when the reason your customers come back is because the other company stumbles. Once Intel recovers from this hiccup, watch out. Dave p.s. It was the U.S. analysts who forecasted RDRAM prices below SDRAM. While you may want to disagree violently with them, a lot more people will read and pay attention to them than to anything you or I say here.
