i actually think they are too low...the disinflation mindset is still very strong. whether that's justified or not is something we're going to find out in coming months.
note btw, that apart from a few active asset allocators the typical bond investors and typical stock investors are a different breed. i could ask you why give up a guaranteed return to buy stocks at the peak of their historical valuation range?
that said i wouldn't buy bonds NOW. there will probably be better opportunities down the road.
