It has been over 6 months since the last acquisition... you remember that blockbuster deal to acquire Freeyellow for $19 Million don't you??

Fundamentally nothing wrong but technically

This is right now sitting on a very important trendline. Drawing a line from the low on Apr. 14 to the next low of Apr. 24 to app. $53 right now. Should it break below tomorrow, that would be quite negative, especially should the averages keep dropping. This could get very dangerous, in a hurry.
