cmon Johnd, snap out of it. you are quickly becoming the grim reeper. i guess with you, it's either one extreme or the other, no in betweens. i think you need to pull a "rip van winkle" and come back in a year when MSFT will be making new 52 week highs.

i feel better than ever that we made 52 week low in MSFT stock last week and things can/will only get better. the market is down today and although i would have hope MSFT would be insulated a bit more from these downdraft days, i remain positive on MSFT both short term and long term.

i think the boys up in Redmond are a little smarter than they have been given credit for as of late. their legal team that at times has been clearly outplayed by the DOJ will come through in the bottom of the ninth.

johnd, as long as i've been reading this board, you have always been one of MSFT's biggest supporters, don't let us down now.

"am not hopeful for stock to move up"

It should move up from June & peak July on earnings day. that play was good for 25 points last year and I've been playing it for years. Probably not much movement from then until the October to Jan run. Buffet said it last night on NBR, he thinks msft is still a good stock but he does not see the movement it has enjoyed the past 10 years. Position Longs will still make money, but msft glory days are over.
