Interesting article on how FMKT works..

"For a Million Gallons of Glue......"

The article gives the reader a good impression of how FMKT does it's thing.

Please note the weeks and weeks of labor intensive consulting work required to create that "magic moment" on the Internet when bids are solicited. It doesn't even have to be on the Internet, a special conference call would work about as well. Or a reserved chat room on AOL. The key is the preparation of specifications and the qualification of bidders. The media chosen for the solicitation of bids works OK on the Internet, but isn't critical to the FMKT service to clients. The only place the Internet is critical to FMKT is in their financial PR. It's a con job.

FMKT is no Internet B2B folks, not as that term is commonly used. FMKT is a consulting company with a gimmick. They provide a service and are useful in business, and earn their fees. But no leverage. Without the internet B2B leverage, there is no justification for a $2 Billion MKT CAP (or whatever it ended up at today).

I find no fault with FMKT and the service they perform. I do find fault with the general misleading of the investing public that they are continuously engaged in. It's a sham and it's a shame.
