Does the absolute lack of any PANIC seem surreal. We have slowing growth, rising rates, higher inflation and a market at record levels. There is no liqudity out there, and moving stock is like trying to sell porn in Iran. I am no perma bear, but with a 30% market drop how come nobody seems to care. I cant wait for those 7.5%-8% rates lock in some good income for the next few years! This should be a very interesting month or two.
