I don't like HMO stocks either. They are getting killed in Courts. Multiple lawsuits by Scraggs ( the lead Litigation attorney that killed the Tobacco industry ). They will have to raise fees. That will not differentiate them from your garden variety Blue Cross or traditional insurance. The folks on the driver seat now are the providers of health care. They will not provide it unless you pay their price. Their competitors have been decimated. Small lousy hospitals have closed. Big Hospitals high tech have not expanded. As consumer demand surges these providers will be asking top dollar. They will be using top technology. Money on the barrel, TA
