I don't think SEBL's pop is over. The mutual fund must begin buying them. Standard and Poor's is yet to set a date from what I heard.

They will be replacing CBS.

I believe it's due to their merger w/Viacom. (another S&P500 company.)

SEBL would have continued upward along with QCOM if the Naz didn't fizzle out.

I'll may buy SEBL again on the dip.
