In fact, no, I didn't have 50k shares, so it looks like I'll be cashed out of the wonderful world of Casmyn Mining.

I am not a lawyer, but it seems to me a general principle that all stockholders of common stock ought to be treated equally. I mean, if I own a share of common stock, I can't see how the company could legally treat me any different from any other holder of a share of common stock. So it seems unfair to make a corporate decision to eliminate my ownership rights (at virtually the nadir of prices) simply because my holdings aren't "big enough" to suit them.

I keep hoping someone will mention a shareholder rights class action suit, which I would join in a heartbeat. But I have to keep in mind that this company has turned into a scam for thousands of shareholders, no matter whether the SEC moves against CMYN or not.

I've already kissed my $7 grand good-bye. Dahya is probably spending it on a new Mercedes to drive around his mansion in Canary Islands by now.
