JH, all past trends have been broken on MSFT. It never traded 20% below 200d mv, etc.. So don't be too hopeful for your buy x month, sell y month strategy. If you are short term, like the way you are, I would go by the trial events. The day TPJ issues verdict, or a week earlier, it could tank.

At this point I see 60 - 70 range for May, and June (borrowing from Rick Sherlund and Mary Meeker). I hope it doesn't go too much lower and I don't mind it going higher. After TPJ issues verdict and the decision on conduct interim remedy appeal is stayed or not, the stock may move in 4 months
