Now this is just me mind you - but I got a stronger message than that. I was rocked back in my chair a bit the first time I read it. If it were just "wherever we cross swords" it would have been more bearable. But I got a distinct flavor of "I will hunt you around SI until one of us is no longer here."* I wouldn't like that, if it really came to that. It would be like going to a banquet, and a seat next to me is empty, and I knew that person, and [s]he ain't comin.

*The words can be read either way. It's open to interpretation. But my read seems to fit, even if it isn't necessarily the right or only interpretation. I concede that much.
Maybe I can invoke whatever small amount of influence I have and ask the engaged parties this: Your words can be interpreted as hostile, even if that was not your intent. Be mindful of this, that an excursion of decency can be seen where none was intentionally placed, and: ease. up. Thank you.
