ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT WITH COMPANY GROWTH STRATEGY

The organization is aligning around its growth strategy, its International investments and leveraging a single network infrastructure to provide both consumer and commercial services. The new organization alignment builds upon steps taken in Q1, 2000 that include bringing long-term clarity about cable partner relationships, refocusing on growth, endorsing a multi-platform broadband strategy through DSL deployment as well as cable and launching an Excite-branded @Home 2000 service. The two divisions, along with the recently expanded International division, will work together to deploy broadband services for residential and commercial use worldwide. Excite@Home will also continue leverage its unique asset, its broadband platform, to expand its business and revenue models.
