It's amazing how much it has changed. The incision was only 3cm's I think. Tiny.

This gives him very little bragging rights later on and I feel sorry for him on that account.

He didn't believe me when I told him he would wake up from the surgery already feeling the benefits. I told him I'd pay him 5 bucks if he didn't. He told me "You don't have to pay me the 5 bucks..." Isn't that cool!

But, they had him on his right side and I guess he has a bad shoulder which hurt worse than his back after surgery. They had to give him meds and ice his shoulder afterwards. Ouchie. That would be a rude awakening.

He'll be sore for a few day but should walk out of there skipping. Or skip out of there walking - whichever he chooses - it's his life and choice of strut.
