I hear that the deal is going to be done in gold and platinum.

I heard that the shareholders will have the choice of gold-pressed latinum or dilithium crystals. That would be in line with how far out from outer space this rumor came.

Seriously, what this rumor shows is that someone has a sh|tload of QCOM around their neck and they want out. Start a rumor-driven surge and sell into it.
