<<Actually, I find it interesting that Andy B was the single largest BRCD shareholder with approx 5%
of BRCD stock pre-IPO. Unlike Seth Neiman and Greg Reyes, to my recollection, I have not seen
any sales from Andy B. This suggests he owns approx 20 million shares of BRCD ( forgive me if I'm
too lazy to dig into the SEC filings to find exact numbers )which equates to $2.5 billion in BRCD
stock. In other words, his personal stake in Fibre Channel is worth more than what he sold his
Gigabit Ethernet company Granite Systems to CSCO for in 1996>>

According to Yahoo, Brocade now has 108.5m
shares outstanding, worth $13.76b this morning.

Andy's 5% BRCD holding would be worth $685m,
not $2.5b. This $685m is still more than what he got
for Granite.
