Mike....(OT)

I went over to your new thread and found, as part of the brief introduction, you labeled your post here as 'spam'. I find that sort of behavior completely contrary to SI's spirit and repugnant. While I've often, in effect, 'screamed' at fellow posters ('Anthony' most recently), I've justified my actions completely and never 'advertised' my behavior elsewhere.

Not only to I find your behavior childish, but the origin of your opening statement ('There is nothing 'prudent' about speculating in the stock market') is baffling. While prudent investing may be directly related to the time invested in due diligence, there will always be a large measure of speculation involved. My statement involved the timing of biotech investing in the current market and the prescience of the signal being given by the A/D line.

I welcome a dignified and intelligent response to the content of my posts. I will continue to respond accordingly to irrelevant and incongruous jabs.

<This market could be a lot scarier--what if the Nasdaq soared 400 points in a day--then I'd think 1929.>

Bite your tongue... we already did that on April 17th.
