Herb,

Is this the early days for Corel? If so, how many decades did you have in mind before they are no longer considered to be in the early days? Thirty or forty? I would suggest not ignoring their past antics and performance. You might benefit from considering what their pattern of hyping the future prospects and failing to deliver. Just a thought.

Hey Herb!

Analysts are given you a great reason to buy: Corel isn't going bankrupt. Did I mention they are not going bankrupt? Really, they will get the money somewhere, somehow. Well GOOOLLLLYYY! BACK THE TRUCK UP MA! They ain't goin' belly up! Seriously folks, if this isn't a setup for REG S and bottomless convertibles I don't know what is. When they say the financing "won't be cheap", I've learned to read between the lines.
