My computer was down all day yesterday due to storms in Houston. Looks like it was another good day in the patch.

Cap-X will always equal cash flow as the recovery continues. As balance sheets improve and stock prices recover, there is no where else to place increasing cash flows except on exploration and development.

In the next phase of the recovery, capital will become available from the equity and debt markets. There will always be someone willing to raise or borrow all the capital that is available at which time the BOOM will be in full gear.

You can't justify bringing Alaska NG to market, without having a firm belief that the future NG prices will average $4-5.00 over the next five to ten years.
