Day Trader Kid,
Please pardon me. I wasn't trying to be confrontational.
Your message # 15164 stated:
"However , I am in no way for them authorizing any additional shares for themselves. I also hope that the attendees try to hold them accountable for blatantly lying to shareholders as to 1Q revenues being more than all of 1999."

It seems to me that if the reference is to a first quarter revenue being more than all of 1999 the first quarter in reference has to be the first quarter of this year.....and as I said , the first quarter numbers for this year (2000) aren't out yet.
Perhaps you're talking about a quarter (3rd or 4th ?) in 1998 being more than the last years' (1998) revenues ? I am more than familiar with what transpired during that period of time and even several side bar elements of it. You are correct if you view it as a very ugly episode in FNTN'S history.
I choose to leave it in last years memories. However, I remain cognizant of it and am left with the opinion that a lack of professional managerial skills were a cause of some of it.

In my opinion FNTN shareholders might want to wait until June 2 to solidify certain opinions to be carried into Shareholder Meeting. Between now and then a different and better picture of The Company's efforts to carry out its business might evolve.
