Dear Robert: Well, I got in on the last 35 minutes of the questions. Very interesting. I noted he said that presently all funding secured through 2001 except for 1 Billion and the sale of the Ilec which likely would yield over 3 Billion would blow past 2001 into 2002 at which time he felt they would be self sustaining. To me that means that ALL funds necessary to complete the system are now in place. If so, I would think this ought to raise their credit rating which may reflect on the stock prices. Also noted he said by EASTER of 2001 ALL 40 European cities targeted would be hooked up (I think he said 13 now?). All in all sounded really bullish to me. Any other thoughts. JDN
