I am encouraged by the newspaper article in the Ireland press and the recent appointment of a new sales VP. As much as we would like to see a steady stream of POs and hear of OEM's lining up to buy Valence batteries, it is probably better that the company ramp up at a reasonable pace. Whatever caused the change of sales VP's it looks like the new one is the kind the company needs. There is no substitute for experience in the industry. He speaks the language, knows the competition, knows the strengths of his product, knows the right people to talk to, etc. Hitting the ground running is critical at this point. Without a great sales department a great product may never get noticed.
