Closed out all positions last night in anticipation of the markt crash this am.....find 500 shrs of KANA in accts this morning ! Totally------>outrageous! didn't play KANA yesterday??? So what is it doing there? Made sure I was out everything last night before the close, for today....and awaken to find that i am down $5k on something i didn't even trade....or didn't show up in my accts all day into the close and A/H!!!..( They are supposed to e-mail me back on this ASAP...we'll see how long it takes for them to do so, from today....won't we?!) I have been patient this last week with TRAC....I have made allowances, for Barry Hertz....I felt they are trying to improve, etc etc....( and Barry's "CHAT", was so unbelievably vague, unspecific, and uninspiring.. ..now i know the meaning of ----->"Moderated")....but there always seem to be a new set of glitches, and trades showing up in accts you never made! And now wth a nervous market coming up, and the fed worries..... all I can say about TRAC is: -------->IT IS TIME TO RUN FOR THE HILLS...!!!....NO CONFIDENCE IN THIS BROKER WHATSOEVER!!** This company is in deep doo doo. period! And Barry Hertz inspires no-one but the "newbie Marks", instead of giving solid concrete answers to the problems of order routing , executions, and acct maintanence R/T, MASH & ECN news, HRZG's 100 share fills, etc etc..... and the future of this company, he leaves only the impression his hands are completely tied and he is a sitting duck.IMO. good luck with this POS...
