THIS IS MY FAVORITE PART...

just checking my position i see i now own 200 shares
of sifie at 1.25......these were orders i cancelled and received outs on yesterday but somehow got that good ole 100 shares fills with herzog that were not printed yesterday....

the good part is i could have 10000 at 1.25 yikes...
you think that when they do that they can do 2 things..
1.let you know you have your shares before you are broke

HEY MAYBE MYTRACK SENT BARRY A MESSAGE THAT HE GOT HIS MSFT ORDER FILLED 2 YEARS LATER....THAT WOULD BE THE ONLY WAY IT WOULD TAKE 2 YEARS TO PAY ON YOUR ORDER...

2.how about sending out a courtesy email that you got xxx shares on your cancelled order...this way you might know

>>He can't tell me if the orders went through. He can't tell me if they were ever received. He says if I place more orders to sell they may be duplicates. He says he can't tell me what to do. He says if I sell again I may be duplicating the order and I'll get stuck with it short!!!! All he says is "Trade at your own discression!" I'll bet he's looking to get out of there beause he sounded embarassed to have to tell me this.<<

Say what? Are you willing to quote this on a legal document I am filing with the courts here to get their broker licence revoked?
