If true would be a ridiculously low offer, as 1 share of 8.35 stock for 2 shares of a 4.10 stock would not be a premium. Therefore I discount this rumor as it makes no sense. I for one would reject it, as I am sure would PGD management.

MNG is no doubt on the acquisition trail. I heard this a couple of months ago. But the offer is very low and would be rejected.

At least the rumour generated some action on thread which had fallen dormant (iweek+). According to someone on the webfin, a news release is imminent (maybe today) on metallurgical analyses for Tulawaka. If this is the case, it will be interesting to see the actual recovery rate and have an estimate of the cash cost for the talus part, at least. It would help put the leatests great releases in better perspective.

Same poster mentioned a new report by CIBC that talks about the potential for the first 1000 meters! Anyone has seen the report or could provide a link?
