TC, you're right, big difference between paper and the real thing. However, I find that paper trading a lot better prepares me for the real thing. Today, I've done one daytrade, DIGL long from 59 to 60 5/8 based on a 1m MA and MACD signal and a little futures pop at 9:44 this morning. Also been working a new stock suggested by Cheryl, EFNT. We paper shorted it from 66 taking a stops at 64 3/8 and 62 7/8 for gains of +1 5/8 and +3 1/8. I will paper trade EFNT for a few more days and then start pulling the trigger if the results are good.

Getting fills in the middle of momentum (long) or a sell off (short) is tough on a low volume stock like DIGL. My daytrade earlier was only for 200 shares (my order was for 300), and then it took 2 seperate orders to get rid of it due to a partial fill on the sell. (Was using SOES which cancels your order after 27 seconds if no fill.)

I think BVSN is a good trading stock. Been watching it and will likely start playing it.
