Reports indicate the DFR300 was displayed at CardTech/SecurTech in a PCMCIA format. Conversations with IDX sales people lead me to believe they are ready to ship. However, it's important to note, the SCM readers and keyboards from Keytronics and Cherry use the DFR200. I was told there's no price advantage (right now) in switching to the DFR300. The primary benefit is that the 300 is about 1/3rd as thick as the 200. Regards, pmcw
