I read it. It was all rumors- the only thing I could substantiate was the delay issue.

I am not frustrated. I only find your attitude depressing, as I almost always do, about every issue.

Unfitness is a fairly high standard. I did my moot court argument on unfitness. Even parents who starve their children, or beat them, or deny them medical treatment, do not usually have their rights terminated. There is no way Juan's rights would be terminated- even if that WERE an issue.

If you think I "like" Juan, you'd be wrong. I'm not even on his "side". I don't understand the delay either- but it certainly wouldn't make him unfit EVEN if this were an issue (which it isn't). The fact that the boy is from a communist country doesn't make him unfit either.
