Allan: The 2 million new shares in the SPO sold at $45.25. The following day the 600,00+ insider shares in the SPO sold at $42. Much of the 42% of institutional holdings were bought in the $40-66 range. More recent institutional buys have brought it up to 48%. I gave you all the content of the link to Jag Notes. It was $55 not $45 (as you stated). I don't have the link now but you might find it if you scroll back to yesterday's posts on Yahoo NETP.
