How does one decrease or slow labor costs? I see a 50 point increase and a devastating effect on equities if that happens. There is very little choice for the Fed at this point.

I look back at the rate decreases back in the fall of '98 and still conclude there were one too many. The Asian crisis took care of itself and all we did was provide a spring board for a parabolic move in the NAZ.

Now, we're paying the price.
