Brokers like Ameritrade, Etrade...probably Wit too, although I am not familiar with them....they don't care about that "lawyer" "SEC" stuff. Those pimply faced teenage brokers know that an investor would have to go thru the arbitration process, spend hours and hours of their time on it, only to be left hanging by an overworked SEC or a non-caring Nasdaq. OT....RELL below 12 didn't make sense. ORLY is too cheap here as well. Got both on dips. This market is just plain scaring folks out of their positions....especially those that just managed to escape margin calls and are afraid of holding margin. I'm that guy, so I am keeping my cash handy for these little games.
