I've been reading this thread for awhile now and with all of the trading problems that have been posted about I have never noticed anyone experiencing problems with referral credits. Am I the only one with that problem? I referred someone to MyTrack back in November (sorry David!) and he began trading in the beginning of December. According to MyTrack I should have received $100 credit to my account 3 months later. I calculated that to be in March. When I didn't get it, I sent an e-mail and they replied that I would get it in the beginning of April. On April 17th I sent another e-mail asking about it and they replied that I would get it in the beginning of May. Today I sent an e-mail to remind them and I just received a reply that I would get it in the end of May. From the looks of things, I'm not sure they will have $100 by the end of May! I just got off the phone with someone who sounded like she had just woken up. It took her 20 minutes to find my account and when she finally found it and I told her why I was calling she said that the people in that department leave at 5:00PM. I asked to speak to a supervisor (any supervisor) and she put me on hold for another 10 minutes and then told me that her supervisor was gone for the day! I said I wanted to speak to ANY supervisor and she said she would take my name and number and someone would get back to me in the morning! While the market is open? Fat chance! My beef is not the $100. I can see that many of you have lost a heck of a lot more than that from MyTrade's screw ups. My beef is what the heck happened to this company???? I bought some shares of MyTrack because I really thought that it was a company poised to take off. When people like Wayne, Lance, Topfuel, etal are using the program and raving about it, then I feel it's gotta be good! Well, now these same people are so frustrated with MyTrade and the absolute lack of customer service so in my mind, the company must be about ready to go under! Just had to vent....back to just lurking and reading now.
