I heard Poyner say that ANCR will be a second half story and that he will be watching to see if the Director 'rollout' is on time this summer. He called Ancor 40-45 'near term' and an interesting alternative to Brocade He said their sales were improving and that they had some interesting recent OEMS', not least of which was EMC.

He said BRCD was the only currently profitable switch vendor, that their revenues were at least 4 times any
rival even if they no longer had 85% of their market,
he priced BRCD at 130-35 near term.

These were the only two he singled out when asked for
his best pick. He mentioned Ancor, and then Brocade.

The other stocks were ZOOX, VIXL, NTAP, PRCM, ECCS(?).

All were termed buys except VIXL which he called neutral.

I found one phrase comforting regarding the growth in the
storage sector: 'Nothing is ever erased'.

I didn't hear anything which was not discussed on
SI or Yahoo Ancor/Brocade/Fibre Channel
