You do a disservice to Harriet Tubman in supposing that she would equate the slavery whereby a race of people were removed from their villages and forcibly enslaved a world away into manual labor with the supposed plight of current day Cubans. The irony here is that you would forcibly enslave Elian to the custody of the Miami Relatives - against the will of his father - all in the name of freedom. And then further suggest that Harriet Tubman would agree with such action. This skinhead comic strip grasp of history that you rely on is failing your common sense.
