You, me, and everyone else...we were all wrong. Since it is a tracking stock and not a spin-off...we won't get shares...but T's stock should have benefited since they own the majority of the AWE shares.

FWIW, I bought some more at 40 3/8 today. Just feel the sum of the parts of T is worth significantly more than current prices. Not buying on much of a technical basis (although some indicators do show it as significantly oversold), rather a value basis. Of course, I am now underwater on all my holdings, and I've been wrong many, many, times before.
BTW, anyone who would tell you a particular entry point is "safe" hasn't been involved in the market for very long...
