The answer to the question of whether it might be better if Castro was overthrown, kind of depends on what (or who) replaces Castro. Unless you are saying the US should just go in and "Take Over" for their own good. In which case I would suggest that Marcos (I think it was Marcos) who spotted imperialist tendencies in you, was spot on.
