I make these as stupendous ramp jobs:

MSFT, JDSU

I make these as good ramp jobs:

AMAT (very good), CSCO, DELL, ORCL, SUNW

I make these as maybes:

QCOM, ADBE, INTC

And these as no:

AMZN, WCOM

Am missing YHOO data after 3:30. Down 1/2 on the day so that's a decent ramp job.

Has anybody figured out how much it would take to lift the index by throwing money at the big components, enough to start a rally and short-covering? I will bet we could make a good educated guess and I will also bet that it is not that much.
